She is developing and designing Faculty Assessment tools for school teachers, undergraduate and post graduate faculties. She has developed and designed HFA for Dalham Foundation, specializes in Profiling, Mapping of Behavioral Assessment. Trained and mentored by Prof. Indira Parikh and associated with Prof. Parikh for various consultancy, training programs and workshops. She is a member of Board of Studies of Chandigarh University Institute of Liberal Arts and Humanities. She has presented and published many research papers and is associated in many Renowned Universities.
